  Beautiful park. Can be a bit windy after noon but that's all of Buellton. Playground is fun for children. The Garden is fun to walk around in. Not the best place for parties. Wind makes it hard to have party decorations. The neighbors complain about any noise louder than a frisbee or kite. Parking and bathrooms are decent but not enough for the few large events the city hosts every year. If you come to an event expect to park in a dirt field and walk. Park is useful for walking and basketball, but it is not bicycle, skateboard or scooter friendly.
